The SEANERGY Steering Committee convened in Valencia on February 18th, 2025, for a pivotal meeting to align on the final activities leading up to the project’s conclusion. 

The meeting opened Magellan Circle providing an overview of the agenda and key objectives, setting the stage for discussions on ongoing work and upcoming deliverables.

  • WP4 Updates & SEANERGY Master Plan Workshop

Led by RINA, this session reviewed progress on WP4, including deliverables, pending actions, and the approval process for Deliverable D4.1.

  • Validation Workshops & Key Energy Expo Preparations

Magellan Circle and RINA moderated discussions on SEANERGY’s participation at the Key Energy Expo (5 March 2025, Rimini). Key tasks included confirming methodologies, finalizing speaker assignments, and structuring the Master Plan validation session.

  • Training Events Across Europe

Under the guidance of IHE Delft, partners reviewed plans for training sessions in Valencia, Greece, and a Pan-European event. Discussions also covered the online training initiative to meet EU and international KPIs.

ECO Imagination provided updates on major outreach activities and the results achieved so far.

  • Academic Challenge 

A dedicated session led by ATPERSON, focused on finalizing the SEANERGY academic challenge, which aims to engage students and professionals in the maritime and renewable energy sectors.

The meeting concluded with Magellan Circle presenting financial and administrative updates, including budget utilization, final reporting obligations, and amendments needed before project closure.

With only a few months remaining, SEANERGY partners are committed to delivering high-impact final events, ensuring smooth reporting, and maximizing outreach efforts. 

The Valencia meeting was a resounding success, reinforcing the strong collaboration among partners and setting clear objectives for SEANERGY’s impactful conclusion.
